Because pie lovers sometimes love non-pie lovers, we have introduced a few traditional pub meals so they can get their fix without leaving their partners in the car park! We use all sorts of lovely local things, so even if you've already eaten twelve pies this week and just can't squeeze another in, you can still have a bite to eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Here at The Halsetown we are not only serious about Pies and Ale, we are crazy about our Cuvee's, go mad for malolatic, and are bonkers for Bonardo; basically we love a glass of decent wine. Because we enjoy a drop, we have specially selected some of our favourites to complement our ethos of being easy going but always great quality and outstanding value. This list is packed with interesting treats from around the globe; they can be matched with our pies for the ultimate pie experience, but have also been chosen as they can be enjoyed with or without food. Don't be afraid to experiment, we have introduced a pricing structure that keeps them all under £20 (except the Champagne of course) so the more you spend on your wine the better the value!
